With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Halley has built a reputation for her hands-on approach and passion for building strong brands and fostering lasting relationships. Her commitment to excellence earned her recognition as the Best Realtor in Long Beach by LB Home + Living.
Halley’s leadership philosophy is rooted in mentorship, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the real estate business. Whether she’s coaching her agents to reach new heights or helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling, Halley’s approach is always client-focused, with an emphasis on integrity, professionalism, and personalized service.
As a past Local Long Beach President and Past District Vice President Women’s Council of Realtors® California, Halley’s leadership extends beyond her team. She is a passionate advocate for equity, inclusion, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. With a strong background in Leadership and Fund Development, Halley’s strategic mindset is guiding her to launch a new real estate office that will empower agents and make a positive impact on the community. Halley is also an alumna of the University of Idaho and holds a certificate in Board and Fund Development from the Nonprofit Partnership.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Halley enjoys playing music with her husband, Mike, and spending time with their two dogs.
